Silvertone 1481
Year: Early 1960s
Origin: USA
Modifications/Repairs: None. This amp even has the original tubes!
Cosmetic Condition: Excellent with very little signs of use. There is some light discoloration on the top and some very minor marks but overall this amp is in gorgeous, collector-grade condition
Description: This scrappy little garage rock wonder was kept in excellent shape cosmetically and functionally. If you're considering buying some high-end overdrive pedal for recording consider spending just a little more money and getting yourself this amp. Once you plug it in and crank it you'll realize that no pedal will quite match the punch and musicality of a real, small tube amp being maxed out. It will add a ton of character to your recordings. Or, if you're looking for a great vintage practice amp look no further. This thing is quiet enough on low volumes to be able to enjoy at home without disturbing anybody and the tone is three-dimensional and warm and will make practicing actually fun!
