Burny/Fernandes Made In Japan
RSG-140JP (Jimmy Page Model)
Made In Japan 1996
VH1 Pickups
Extremely rare and almost impossible to come by, this was a long time coming. I purchased it to use in my 70's Show, but it only gets used for 1 or 2 songs a night and because of that, mostly just sits at home in its case. It's in perfect playing order, has had wiring done, new switch installed, fret dress and complete setup. These things were required to make it a dependable gigging guitar. I also added pickup covers to the 6, but these can be easily removed if you want the exact Jimmy Page look.
It's in really good condition, but there are a few issues that I've highlighted in the photos. There are finish checks, scratches (which you could polish out) and some cracking, but it's all superficial and nothing structural. No neck breaks at either the headstock or body joint. It really is a solid guitar that I know I'm going to regret selling.
You will notice that the case isn't in the best shape, but the handle is solid, all the latches function perfectly and it does it's job as far as protecting the instrument. If I was keeping it, I would buy a new Epiphone one to transport it.
Included are 2x Ernie Ball 12 strings sets.
With a guitar like this, pickup is best, but if you really want/need it, then I would be happy to drop it at my local Pack'n'Send and you can deal with it from there. This is the best chance that I can see it arriving in the condition it left. I also travel regularly between Byron Bay and Noosa, so delivery can be arranged.
NOTE: SELLER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS.
I would also be interested in trades, but particularly (but not limited to) Gretsch Sparkle Jets or Les Paul Customs.
Any other questions, let me know.
