Bruno Tiple 1920s

I'm not sure of the year or make of this 10-string, mandolin family (I think) instrument other than what was written on the tag attached to the case, "1920s Bruno (?) Tiple"

I believe it to have a spruce top with mahogany back and sides, a rosewood fretboard and bridge, and an ebony nut.

16-15/16ths scale
Upper bout - 6.5"
Lower bout - 8-3/4"
Waist - 5.5"
Body - 3" deep from the endpin to the waist and then tapers
to 2-9/16ths" at the neck
Nut width - 1-1/2"

There is a repaired crack that runs the length of the back (see photos)

The bridge has been replaced with a different style than others I've seen while researching, the "shadow" left in the finish supports this (see pics). 

**EDIT**  I don't know the standard tuning for a tiple, it was tuned G,C,E,A when I got it and was close to proper pitch after sitting in the case for 4+ years.  The saddle is a piece of fret wire and is not compensated, thus the A strings (high strings) are about right and the pitch goes slightly up from there.  Here's a short vid showing this
