Yamaha has taken the design of these new pro gold lacquer tenor necks from the exact original body of their 1979 YTS-62 necks, then added the new style octave key of the Custom V1 necks.                          

                            These fit all current Yamaha alto's but for some vintage,
                              a slight adapting of the octave key rod is needed.
