I think it’s condition is closer to good than fair but hey that’s just what I think. Sounds great, regularly serviced, weighs like an anchor, anything you’d expect from a vintage twin reverb. I bought it in this condition about a decade ago. I didn’t want to damage it by hauling it anywhere, so it stayed home for the most part.  The guy I bought it from said it was 72’ , but more notably that’s what my amp tech said when he looked at it. I’m sure a component was switched here or there but no mods 
I don’t love getting rid of this thing but I need the cash. Local only please, it’d be a shame for this thing to break during transport. 
By the way, I lost my old reverb account information. I’ve sold a bunch of stuff on here a few years ago, but I had to create a new one and so I have no reviews. It is what it is
