Delivers the looks and the tones!
Serial # JD17001009
First things first, let's get the obvious out of the way: the designers at Fender didn't have to go this hard, but they totally did! One of the sleekest basses they ever made. If you're in the punk rock scene, this is the bass for you.
Don't get too distracted by its looks, though — this bass has got the tones too. The P+J pickup layout is intended for maximum sonic punch that'll cut through the mix without compromising your low end. If you're after something with a more traditional sound, don't fret: Fender conveniently gave us independent volume knobs so the Aerodyne can attend to the precision-purists out there.
Beautiful glossy black finish, extra dark rosewood fretboard with no inlays, specially shaped slim body, carved bound top with no pick guard, and a Stratocaster output jack. The cherry on top of the cake is the outstanding Japanese craftsmanship, which some people even believe to be superior to the American. This bass doesn't just look and sound amazing, it also feels amazing.
All original except for strap buttons.
Blemishes: small ding on edge of the lower, bass side; small ding on the headstock near the low-E tuner; light scuffs and scratches near the control cavity cover; micro scratches throughout.
