Mesa Boogie STR Ei Yugo ECC83/12AX7A Smooth Plate.  I bought these as tested on a TV-7 tester at the number shown on the boxes and have never used them, other than to make sure they worked.  I found out I like Mullard and Amperex Bugle Boys, so I'm selling off some of my other tubes so someone can get some use from them.  Sold as is, but guaranteed to work.
