Great playing and sounding Vintage Japanese made Alvarez 5022 from 1975. Has adjustable bone saddle and is still 100% structurally intact inside and out. wi Neck is straight with regular action for an acoustic guitar but you can adjust action with the adjustable saddle if need be. No belly lift either. And really has the aged sound you would expect from a vintage solid top.
