Rumble Seat Music is proud to offer this incredible, one-of-a-kind instrument from the personal collection of Paul Gilbert! This instrument was custom built for Paul Gilbert by the Ibanez Custom Shop in Bensalem, PA in 1987 during his tenure with the band Racer X. It toured the world with Paul and even bares sushi decal stickers on the back from his first trip to Japan. It features a fixed bridge with a DiMarzio Tone Zone pickup in the bridge position and a DiMarzio single coil neck pickup. The guitar is in the exact condition it was when last owned by Paul and includes his signature on both the headstock and rear control cavity cover. This is truly a unique opportunity to own a guitar created for and used by one of the most iconic guitarists of his era. Aside from the incredible provenance, this is also a fantastic playing guitar, with unrestricted access to the entire fret board and a light weight body - this on is difficult to put down!
