1967 Gibson ES-330 TD, Sunburst finish in very good condition, mahogany neck with a Rosewood fretboard, block position inlays and chrome hardware. Replaced pickguard, neck pickup (including chrome cover) and pots/wiring, otherwise original including the case. The replacement pickup is an Artec ASA92-CR. The replacement pots are all Gibson branded. Regardless of the changed parts this is a wonderful guitar that plays very well and sounds fantastic. 3-month warranty and a 7-day returns policy included.
The ES-330 shares the body shape of the ES-335, ES-345 and ES-355 and is a lightweight, lively sounding guitar when played acoustically or plugged in. The single coil pick-ups are nicely balanced.
This example has has some light lacquer checking in the body finish along with a few scuffs/scratches but nothing major. The back of the neck has some wear but it looks worse than it feels in the hand - It's mainly lacquer checking. The headstock has a few scuffs and dings around the edges but everything remains structurally sound with no breaks/repairs. The frets are in excellent condition having been cleaned and dressed in the workshop.
This guitar has been set up in our workshop with a fresh set of Ernie ball regular slinky strings and a medium/low action. The pots are all modern and Gibson branded. Weight 5lbs 15oz. Serial 060092. Nut width: 40mm. Depth at 1st fret: 20.6 mm.
