What are “Factory Used” guitars?

These are guitars that we purchase directly from Taylor that are offered to us once or twice a year. They were either used for sales training, promotional use or were sale samples. Since Taylor does not have time to hand inspect each guitar for marks, scratches, blemishes, etc., they offer them to us as “Factory Used”. The guitar's specific condition will be described in the listing and any marks will be noted. We complete a full factory setup and hand-inspection before shipping. It should also be mentioned that Taylor Guitars Warranty does not apply to “Factory Used” guitars.
