If you're looking for a Goldtop that has the MoJo and picture perfect checking this is the one. I bought this 1952 Gibson Les Paul Goldtop about 18 years ago. The guitar was 100% original. I prefer the ABR1/Stop tail setup on a LP so I installed a 1950's short ABR1 bridge and a featherweight aluminum tailpiece. We've all heard of top wrapping the tailpiece, let me introduce you to the bottom wrap. To do this I used the Faber studs and ran the strings under the stop tail. This mod adds string tension and increases the string angle over the bridge. Two great sounding P-90's. Beautiful dark Brazilian fingerboard, refret and new nut installed. The guitar weighs 8lbs 15oz, comes with original case and JamCity COA to document the mod. Next day air shipping with full insurance.
