This is one of the first 100 D-28GE guitars produced ... While the D-28 Golden Era typically exhibits the power and volume you'd want in a great bluegrass guitar, this particular example has the depth of tone, looseness of feel and flat out richness one would usually associate with an "Authentic." Currently I have fossilized Walrus Ivory pins and buttons on, it will come with both original pins and the fossilized ivory pins. You would be hard pressed to find another in this kind of condition....A real Gem.
