Gretsch Vintage 1953 "ELFCTROMATIC" 6190-1 w original case 1953 natural

I bought this guitar it was already stripped and it was missing one of its tone rails. So I had a local luthier Ian Anderson fab a new tonerail for the guitar n clean up the frets. The Bridge is not original, the tailpiece and knobs are original. the tuners are super clean vintage waverly I think from another gretsch and the pickup is from a 60s gretsch, so its an original dynasonic.  This is a true American, built in N.Y. gretsch guitar from the 50s

Pots are replaced. The removal of the original sunburst paint job has made the top thinner. the guitar has been sealed w tru oil by the last owner. Its a player.
What makes this one unique is that it must be one of those Monday builds where someone came in to engrave the headstock plates and accidently made the E and F
so this guitar is an ELF'ctromatic.  This vintage gretsch is SOLD AS IS, NO RETURNS.

The original case, as it is helpful to keep it safe n sound but this ol brooklyn sharkskin case is only good for shipping and storing the guitar. As its really worn out and blown apart at the top..
