For your consideration is a Sadowsky Metro Express Vintage JJ style electric bass in ocean blue metallic finish. Sadowsky basses are renowned by professionals for their lightweight, resonant sound developed by Roger Sadowsky in the early 1980's. With his background in instrument repair and restoration as well as his acoustic guitar building background, he was able to capture a truly resonant instrument. Players of Sadowsky range in styles and genres such as Jason Newsted (Metallica), Prince, Endea Owens of the Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Colin Greenwood (Radiohead), Tully Kennedy (Jason Aldean), Brian Marshall (Creed/AlterBridge), Hugh McDonald (Bon Jovi), and many more. 

As part of an effort to create affordable options, Sadowsky produces instruments such as the one shown here. This Metro Express bass is beautiful! Much of the plastic is still present on the control plates and covers with corners peeling up or small crinkled areas. Instrument is in great shape with a small indentation on the head stock located on the rear near the top.
