Danelectro Coral Hornet Wasp 3 Pickup 60’s Red

Guitar is used and in good condition with normal use. Guitar has had some modifications. Bridge was changed as you can tell. This makes it a much better playing an intonatable guitar. Looks to have had at least one other set of tuners on it and its lifetime. Currently has a set of vintage star back Grover tuners. Neck is straight and frets are fine. Guitar was refretted it at some point in his life. The guitar was refinished a long time ago, and the last photos you can see the holes were the original bridge studs were. Metal control plate appears to have been cut as I’ve seen pictures of these where it extends under the bridge area. Plays well and sounds great. Comes with a gig bag. Shades of red are difficult to capture correctly with digital cameras, the photos depict the guitar being brighter in color than it is in person. Please see photos for condition.
