Made to replicate one of the most iconic short-scale guitar ever made, this Matsumoku build Aria Pro II RG750 B (as in black) checks all the boxes as a great little instrument. It's hard to find higher end models like this that aimed to replicate both the style and quality of the historic American brand that shall not be named.
The RG series were shameless designs and are built with chambered bodies (guess is mahogany) with a maple neck and 530mm scale length rosewood fingerboard. Plays with a nice C profile and weighs 3.4kg's.
Good overall cosmetic condition as pictured, this guitar is 40+ years old, but plays like a dream.
Frets have plenty of life and board is smooth..
Truss is functional
Neck is straight.
Pickup Selector Switch needs work but is functional
