A flagship model and unique instrument from Danish guitar is built by Johnny Mørch, who no longer builds, but still services his own instruments. It is in the same condition as you would expect from a new bass on the wall in the local guitar shop. very small scratches that are only seen very up close. Almost no wear on fretts. Not much has been played on it. Active Alembic Jazzbass Pickups that sound really good. The body is ash and the fingerboard is rosewood. The bass weighs 4.5 kg.
The order for the Construction Project was in 1994 that it should feel like playing on a mid 60s fender jazz bass, but have modern precision and high output active pickup comfort, and that is a very appropriate description. It's clearly a bass from the top shelf, with great balance, sound and playability. It's beatifully crafted and high quality throughout the whole build. And then Mørch's instruments have started to get a completely different place in the vintage and rare department.
Original receipt From Johnny Mørch to Søren included, and original case included.
