Metropoulos MetroAmp Metro Plexi 100 Watts Marshall Style Head

For sale we have a 100W Metropoulos MetroAmp 100W Plexi. Metro makes the best Plexi replicas right down to the red swirl turret boards, brass flat head screws, premium filter capacitors, and SoZo yellow "Mustard" coupling cpas.

This has been wired for master volume which gives great British growl from bedroom levels to the stadium by dialing the overdrive with the preamp volume and controlling overall volume with the master. It can easily be rewired for the orginal dual channel configuration. 

Upgraded with:

• Mercury Magnetics Axiom 0100-PLM output transformer
  
• Mercury Magnetics ToneClone MP100-460 Power transformer
• Mercury Magnetics ToneClone MAR100-C filter choke
• Matched Quad of Winged C EL34 with very little use

This amplifier is in excellent condition. The upgraded transformers not only improve the tone but extend the life of the EL34s which are overstressed if using "vintage spec" transforms off of modern 120V mains. This is especially important with modern EL34s. 

Overall this amp is in excellent shape and looks like new. Ready to play!
