2004 Gibson Master Model signed by Charlie Derrington. This mandolin has the tone that makes the Master Model one of the most sought-after mandolins on the market. This one has been played a lot and it has the played-in character to match. A few dings and a couple of scrapes but no cracks and the varnish finish is in good condition. The neck has had the finish removed and has the usual V profile. Radius fretboard with new EVO frets. Waverly tuners hold pitch perfectly. Comes with the original rectangular case. New these sell for $18-20k and will need 18 years of playing to sound this good. Asking $11,700 and I will pay shipping to CONUS only.
