The coveted silver label 2005 Fender Strat standard in blue pearl. The chunkier neck on the 98 to 2005 Mexican models are sought after for quality and feel. It's got both - plays great, feels great, sounds great (modern a 2021 Fender Player Series pickguard w/ double blade switch for split humbucker tone) at about 8 lbs maple on alder.
Other than a couple dings and strap rash, it would be considered great condition. It wasn't played, the owner in Hollywood left it in a case and said he wasn't a strat guy.
It's got a very hot strat tone that can be cooled w/ volume. It looks like some smoothed the fret ends a bit and put vintage tuners on it, and then put the old tuners back on. I might put the vintage tuners back on myself TBH.
