Gibson L6S Project 1975 Finish Stripped New Board No Frets Old Wood image

Sorry, this listing has ended.

Gibson L6s project started by a friend and never finished, could be a '74, I'm calling it a '75.

Truss rod works, not sure if it's new or original. Has a new thick rosewood fingerboard that will need to be fretted.

Nice "disappearing abalone" inlays. According to the knowledgeable Mr. Mark Kaiser of Fret Repair, the inlays were probably too shallow and he went thru them planing the board. There's plenty of board there- plane 'em off and put dots back in!

Bridge & stoptail anchors are still there as is the ground wire.
