In addition to developing traditional tube amplifiers, VOX has coined revolutionary guitar amplification systems using the next generation Nutube tube. Today VOX presents a line of Nutube pedals. The VALVENERGY series offers four electric guitar effect pedals that provide the response and harmonic distortion of some of the most popular tube amps. The VALVENERGY series is made up of all analog circuits with power supply voltage from 9 V boosted to 15 V internally. This allows for greater volume and headroom and offers an even more dynamic sound. Adapt the pedal mode to your playing STANDARD: the pedal outputs an instrument signal. Connect it to the input of your guitar amp like when using a conventional pedal. PREAMP: The pedal outputs a dial tone. Connect it to the amplifier return or power amplifier input. CAB-SIM: The pedal outputs a line level signal with an analog cabinet simulator. Connect to your mixer or DAW directly.
