1964 National Glenwood 90 Guitar Amp, Top of the Valco line, 2-12, black-gray, 35 watts + Schematic

    Here is a National Glenwood, by Valco.  It is a 2-12 combo with Verb and Tremolo.  Seems to be from 1964. It came with the old "Coke bottle" 6L6G's.  We have reset the bias so it now safely operates on 6L6GB's, or 5881's.  We have replaced several caps, tubes, and resistors to bring it back into spec.  Everything works as intended.  Original matching Jensen speakers.  Does about 30 watts clean and 40-ish dirty. Sports a spring reverb, and Tube tremolo. Besides the normal tone controls on the front, it also has various tone and gain controls on the rear.

    We hand drew a professional Schematic, it is complete with the 6EU7, and 6973 tube pinouts, upper and lower chassis, including the Octal interconnect cable.

    I know this may be the only Schematic in existence for this amp...and it is only available with the purchase of this amp.  You may be able to contact the buyer if you want a copy.

    The upper chassis had some internal corrosion, as you can see we have removed nearly all that threatened the amps operation.  We upgraded one speaker, that had failed, to a similar sounding unit...sound very good check the video. 

    The tolex is in pretty good shape, for its age.  It is constructed with all pine cabinet. no press board.  Comes with  the original handle, and side mounts for the tilt back stand.  You will have to make your own stand...I cant imagine any of them still exist.
