Star Instruments Synare Sensor Synth / Electronic Drum Trigger.
Simple oscillator, lfo, and envelope module. Perfect dub siren. It can be triggered by tapping on it and is very playable.
It was designed to be attached to a drum head (works fine not attached to one) and triggered by tapping on the case. It has a sensitivity trimmer to adjust for different playing scenarios.
Can be triggered with audio/cv/trigger with the right attenuation/offset.
