Amazing sounding stereo analog to digital converter. I’ve shot this out against the burl converters and preferred this because it was more flexible. You can change the loading of the input transformer or remove it entirely. I preferred the more transparent sound of the transformer-less input, but that’s because my mix bus chain already has a lot of transformers in it. For tracking or mastering, the ability to change the character of the input transformer is pretty great. I’d love to keep this, but it doesn’t fit into my current workflow. I’ve also got the companion DAC for sale that works very well with this.
