Have you ALWAYS wanted a Gibson logo on your headstock, but never wanted to pay the premium associated with that namesake.  This is your chance to make everyone look twice and to own a curious piece of the Gibson lineage.

For your consideration, we have a late-1980's example of an Epiphone Dreadnaught.  According to the serial number, this PR 325 was born in 1988 at the Samick factory in Korea.  This "Presentation" (PR) series guitar features a laminated Spruce top with Mahogany back, sides, and neck, and a Rosewood fretboard.  With a classic oversized headstock emblazoned with the unusual "Epiphone by Gibson" logo in mother-of pearl, this example sports individual die-cast tuners. 5-ply binding, multi-ply rosette, and a handsome, contrasting geometric inlay down the center of the back.

This guitar is in Very Good condition, showing signs of moderate and understandable play wear for its age.  There are several marks/dents on the guitar's top, as shown in photographs.  The top has light scratches from playwear that were difficult to capture in photographs and the pickguard has significant scratches and some light cracks.  The sides are remarkably unblemished in any major way, showing only a finish flaw on the bass side of the neck near the join (photographed).  The bridge was reshaped in order to achieve lower action and stained darker to match the aesthetic of the instrument .  The top edge of the headstock shows some light wear and slight bumps, and there is a light dent on the bass side of the headstock (possibly caused by some rough handling in a guitar stand.)   There is a slight-but-noticeable scratch on the black overlay on the headstock, as well as light scratches overall on the overlay.  This guitar has been recently set-up by our world-class techs and plays fantastic!
