This listing is for a high quality, handmade, possibly custom made banjo. If you view this listing you should be able to tell from the pictures the high quality of this banjo. The banjo weighs 11lbs 9oz, some have said in the past that you can "sell a banjo by the pound". The hardware and parts are top quality. The neck appears to be maple with a walnut? center stripe, with an ebony fingerboard. Brass tone ring, neck has adjustable truss rod, works fine. We have adjusted this banjo and set it up in our shop to play well. As there is no label, we cannot tell you who made it or when. There was a similar banjo listed on reverb, may have been made by Wildwood. We received this one on a trade in, previous owner has no knowledge of its origin. Bottom line, this is an extremely well made, quality banjo. Please view all pictures for best view of cosmetic condition. Finish has lacquer checking due to its age. Includes a new TKL Gigbag. If anyone can fill in the gaps of information on this banjo for us that would be greatly appreciated. This is similar to a Reverb listing we recently saw, it was called a wild wood custom one off unmarked banjo, should be easy to find and reference if you search by sold listings.
