Up for sale is my 2012 Martin OM Marquis with adirondack top and high grade indian rosewood back and sides. I am the original owner and bought it from LA Guitar Sales. Guitar comes with all the original paperwork and hang tags including maintenance and care and warranty paperwork. Overall condition is in great shape:
Top: There are a few small dents in the finish but none go through to wood. I tried to take pictures of a couple spots but they are difficult to photograph.
Back/sides: Minor swirling but no finish dents to speak of.
Neck: Headstock as minor marking from a capo. Back of neck has minor worming from a guitar stand.
Other: I installed a sound hole pick up that required enlarging the end pin hole (see photo). Work is professional so not issues with wood/finish around the hole.
Plays and sounds great. I play it mostly in my smoke-free house and a couple times in church band. Only reason I am selling is because I build my own guitars and don't play this guitar as much as it deserves.
