This is a USA made Ernie Ball MusicMan Benji Madden Signature model guitar. Discontinued some years ago these are getting pretty hard to find. The only signature guitar from MusicMan to feature a single humbucker, this alder-bodied beauty was crafted to Madden's specs. It's adorned with a custom "Knuckle" inlay at the 12th fret. A single DiMarzio Custom wound humbucker delivers rocking tones. It's fitted with a standard MusicMan string-thru bridge of chrome plated, hardened steel with bent steel saddles. 25-1/2" scale with 10" neck radius. 22 high-profile, medium-width frets. 1-5/8" nut width. The adjustable truss rod requires no component or string removal to adjust. The 5-bolt neck attachment is perfectly aligned with no shifting. The sculpted neck joint allows smooth access to higher frets. Schaller M6-IND locking tuners deliver rock-solid tuning. In beautiful metallic green finish.
Guitar is in very good shape overall. It has some minor fret wear but nothing too bad with frets retaining a nice tall profile that is a breeze to bend. Neck is gun stock oiled and hand rubbed wax finished so it shows some discoloration from use like most guitars with this type neck finish... again nothing I'd call too bad. Body has a few marks on it but nothing that penetrates the finish and there are some pickguard scuffs from being strummed. Guitar was recently set-up with 9-42 strings and presently has super low action up and down the neck. Truss rod was adjusted and works well with no issues. Feather light piece that weighs in at only 6 pounds 12.4 ounces on my postal scale.
