An all solid, carved F-style varnish mandolin with F-holes for superb tone & projection. The Eastman MD515/V mandolin is individually hand-built using traditional materials & “Old World” craftsmanship with solid Spruce top, solid figured Maple back & sides and Ebony fingerboard & adjustable ebony bridge with a classic reddish distressed Antique Varnish finish.

Features include carved solid Spruce top, solid carved figured Maple back, sides and neck, distressed varnish finish, Ebony radiused fretboard and adjustable bridge, Ivoroid top and fretboard binding, chrome tailpiece, Nickel tuners with Pearl buttons, Bone nut, white Mother of Pearl dot inlays, black/ white top purfling, 1 3/32″ nut width, 13 7/8″ scale length and 1 5/8″ string spacing.
