This Marshall 1973 – MK II 100 Watt Super Lead Amp was the # 2 (of 4 amps) used in the arsenal of Kat James of the band Troublemaker based out of Texas. Troublemaker is “The Longest Running Female Fronted Rock Band In The Great State Of Texas”. This amplifier was used extensively thru the late 70's, 80’s and 90’s for shows and tours. Please note that this amp is not original. It has been modified. These modifications were performed by the late & great renowned Marshall Service Tech Joe "Hoss" Wendler in Houston, Texas whom also founded Power Audio Services. The 2 modifications performed were A) The inputs have been “wired over” to a single input jack, and B) after Marshall discontinued production of the 6550 tubes back in the late 1980's this amp was changed over from the standard 6550 tubes to the warmer EL34 tubes. This amp was used a lot but was always taken care of and was always transported in an amp rack. It is in great condition.
The serial number is SL / A 8196E.
