2016 Fender Standard Jazz Bass, Made in Mexico
Hand-Painted custom finish, satin.
Some wiring replaced, mismatched strat-style volume knob.
I give old guitars, basses, drums, and keyboards a new life! I start with any repairs, part replacements, and TLC needed to get the instrument back into perfect working order. Then rather than simply restoring it back to its former glory, I hand-paint it to give the instrument a totally new look for its new life. The end result is a custom instrument that is affordable, eco-friendly, and truly unique.
I find these instruments in less-than-perfect condition and they are often more than 10 years old. I do everything I need to make them fully functional and as playable as possible. These instruments are hand-painted and finished, and therefore will have more of a handmade look rather than a perfect factory finish.
