Using customer suggestions and industry research, Native Instruments have managed to make this killer beat machine faster and easier to use than its predecessors. It has everything Maschine users are used to but adds dedicated buttons for key features and eliminates many shift functions. The result is a faster workflow and more creative experience.

SLEEK & FUNCTIONAL DESIGN
MK3 has been overhauled in every detail. The 16 performance pads are now bigger and more sensitive than before. The large pads make it easier for beginners that may want to use two fingers. Experienced players can now more easily perform intricate techniques like rolls or flams. Despite their size, the center-to-center distance has been maintained to keep you in a natural hand position. Not to mention, the Note Repeat button is now twice as big so you’ll never miss a fill. Or hold down Shift and Note Repeat to create arpeggios.

MULTI-FUNCTION PADS
Make beats in Pad mode or hit the Keyboard button to play the pads like a keyboard. Trigger individual notes or use the Chord button to play each pad as a chord. These are only some of the tools, right at your fingertips.

FULL COLOR DISPLAYS
The dual high resolution screens bring the convenience of Maschine Studio into a smaller form factor. Chop up samples, zoom into waveforms, browse sounds and more, using only the hardware. Best of all, it can be seen in any environment, regardless of viewing angle or brightness. Pair it with an NKS keyboard and use all the screens at once.

A MOBILE & HOME PRODUCTION STUDIO
Maschine MK3 has a built-in studio-grade audio interface. The rear panel has balanced ins and outs, a dedicated mic input, a high-powered headphone out, MIDI I/O, and a pedal input for expression or sustain. Amazingly, it can be powered by just a USB cable. Using the included power supply unit slightly increases pad brightness.

ENGINEERED FOR WORKFLOW
The layout of the MK3 has been designed to help you focus on what matters, the music. Dedicated buttons to common functions are strategically laid out to speed up and improve workflow. The 4-directional push encoder allows you to quickly find and choose samples, effects, instruments, sounds, groups and projects. You can even use it to mix with one hand!

INTUITIVE TOUCH
The eight knobs below the screen have capacitive touch sensitivity. To add further creativity the new multi-function Smart Strip adds unique musical expression to your tracks. Re-pitch, modulate, or perform morphing effects like stutters, scratches and ring mods in real time. Then record everything as automation. It's not only functional, its a lot of fun.

GUILT-FREE TWEAKING
Inspired from Maschine Jam, there’s now a Lock Mode button. It allows you to take a snapshot of your project. You're then free to tweak sound parameters without worry. Hitting lock again brings you back to the previous locked state. Its great for trying out new ideas without committing. And don't forget, the bus-powered MK3 was born to jam live. Extended Lock (Shift + Lock) allows you to create different snapshots for morphing between settings. Use the pads to trigger different snap shots. Adjust morphing time to switch smoothly between snapshots.

Maschine MK3 is super intuitive and laid out with function in mind. This is much more than a controller. Its an audio interface and a bonafide instrument. Pair it with Maschine Jam or an NKS controller for the ultimate experience.
