VFE Pedals Woodchipper bass octave fuzz (2014 graphic)

We received several pedals back in the shop that had been sent out for testing and demo use. These units have the graphics & knobs from 2014, but the same circuit as the current models. Some units may have some mild scuff/scratches, but are otherwise in excellent, working condition.

The WOODCHIPPER bass octave fuzz is derived from the classic Maestro Brassmaster circuit. In order to fit it all in a compact package, we sourced an expensive, military-spec audio transformer that delivers the same frequency response in a much smaller package. Next, we added a more flexible EQ section, and a unique BOTTOM control that adds clean low-bass that adds punch and fatness to the octave fuzz.

FUZZ - sets the output volume of the octave fuzz circuitry
GAIN - sets the gain of the octave fuzz, from nearly clean octave up to super-squashed, sustaining fuzz tones
CLEAN - sets the output volume of the clean signal path
BOTTOM - sets the volume of a clean signal path that uses steep filters to cut the mid & treble content. Works great with the fuzz to add clean bottom end punch to the tone.
BASS - boost/cut the bass & low mid response of the octave fuzz circuitry
TREBLE - boost/cut the treble response of the octave fuzz circuitr
INTERNAL CONTROLS - The trimpot on the smaller circuit board controls the brightness of the LED.
POWER - Accepts the industry standard, 9 to 15 VDC, negative-tip power supply. Also can be powered with a 9V battery.
