Wait - that's confusing... Let's start again:
A Rickenbacker Model 1997 from the year 1998!

So, a 330 is pretty cool. But cooler still is the 1997! Something about that F-hole... Makes the slash on a 330 look silly.
This guitar rocks. This guitar rolls. This guitar shocks. This guitar awes.
- Fireglo finish to die for. Wowza
- Square heel. Bingo
- 21 frets. (because 24 frets is just silly)
- The F-hole
- Vintage style this and that (plastic bits, knobs, tail, keys, strap pegs)
- Toaster pickups to make the toast...
Condition: been played, but still awesome. A little nick here, a little nick there. A bump or two. Who cares, its gorgeous.
Note a couple finish checks - look where the finger will point in the photos. These aren't structural, they're mojo. You see them up close, but not from a few feet. May be some smaller ones but nothing worth a magic finger photo... AKA - it has some checking, stay calm. AKA - like I've mentioned its gorgeous, who cares, its about 20 years old. :)
You will love this Rickenbacker.
