These potentiometers are (NOS) Nobel Part number RM0254023/2BL250KX2.
The shaft length is 30MM.  
Shaft diameter 6MM
Resistance: 250K Ohm X 2
Loudness Tap: 75K Ohm X 2
Taper: Linear

I am a Marantz Collector/restorer and have used several of these pots in my Marantz rebuilds.
This the same pot used in many of the Marantz receivers, however with a 25MM shaft length.
