Photo's 1 shows the actual potentiometer with modifications, that you will receive Marantz Volume potentiometer control 2216B, 2218, 2252B, 2265B, 2285B.
These are NOS parts from the late 90's, Made in Japan. Dual 50K Ohm (50K Ohm BX2) as original with loudness tap. The solder terminals are different than the original, but easy to install a Marantz receiver. Note: These NOS parts originally had a 20MM shaft length, that was too short for the Marantz receiver. Therefore, I modified the shaft to 30MM to properly fit the Marantz receivers.
Also: the loudness tap is located at 20K Ohm, the original pot was 15K OHM.
I installed a 51K Ohm in parallel with the 20K tap, this equals 14.3K Ohms for the loudness Tap.
Model Original part number 1090RM050306802226BRM05030700 2238BRM050307002252BRM050307302265BRM050307402285BRM05030740 These Pots will also work in 2325 or 2330. but require a shorter 25MM shaft. 2226B and 2238B will require wire to be added to the Pot.
