This listing is for a Friedman Vintage-T P90 Aged Electric Guitar Vintage Blonde with a Rosewood Fingerboard and original hardshell case. The guitar is in excellent condition. It comes with all the goodies and a certificate of authenticity.
Combining the talents and experience of Dave Friedman and Grover Jackson —two of the finest creators in the industry — Friedman Guitars creates no-compromise instruments that combine the best of classic and modern styles and features. The Vintage T is their take on the iconic "working class" rock and roll single-cutaway guitar, combining a vintage feel with truly modern playability. Built from carefully hand-selected tonewoods and featuring Plek-finished fretwork and Friedman's spectacular pickup designs, these instruments are spectacular performers. The fit and finish is astounding, and the exclusive Zero-Shift Neck Pin neck joint fuses the neck and body for maximum vibration transfer. Concluding with a carefully sprayed finish, these are instruments you'll be thrilled to play and enjoy for years to come.
Grover Jackson invented the compound-radius fingerboard (CRF) 35 years ago. The fingerboard geometry for the Friedman Vintage-T is based on a conical shape rather than cylindrical. The significance is tangible and substantial; a 10”-14” compound radius fingerboard allows for maximum playability with no chance of your strings fretting out when bending. Compound radius is time-consuming and laborious to get exactly right, and it is featured on every Friedman Vintage-T.
When it comes to harnessing the grunt and chime of a great vintage P-90 single-coil pickup, Dave Friedman and Grover Jackson nailed it in the Friedman Classic 90s. These single-coil pickups deliver everything you love about a well-worn model but with some added top-end clarity that makes them incredibly versatile. Not only that, but the Classic 90s are quickly making a name for themselves around sweetwater for their lowered noise floor, remaining one of the quietest P-90s out there with a vintage character.
