J Burda of Berrien Springs Michigan built this HD28 copy in
1993. He is an authorized Martin
repairman and does quite nice work.
This
guitar features a two piece mahogany neck, Brazilian rosewood rim and back,
ebony fingerboard and bridge, and of course a spruce top. It sounds like and plays like a Martin.
It's
a steal for the money.
As is pointed out
in the video, it has a couple of cracks in the back that have been repaired
with cleats. If you go through the
pictures you'll see a couple of closeups of the fix.
It comes with a hardshell TKL case.
