This listing is for a set of analog modules created in the late 70's/early 80's. I bought this a while back with the intention of mounting them in a cab but I have too much going on right now for another project so I'd like to get this in the hands of someone more capable. The modules have been tested with a bench power supply and all work, though the LED readouts on the VCF and VCO were plans that apparently weren't completely finalized (I am not the original designer). Most of this was designed from plans described in the old Electronotes newsletter and a few contain early E-mu modular parts. There is a stack of paperwork and cables/adapter that will help bring this system together if you need it.
The modules are:
1 VCO/LFO module
1 Dual VCO/LFO module
1 Dual HPF/LPF
1 Mixer/Headphone Amp
1 VCA/Spring Reverb Module (No tank included)
1 Dual VCA/Noise Generator Module
1 10-Step Sequencer
2 Dual Envelopes
2 Mult-Style Panels
The design and build quality was extremely well done IMO, rivaling many of the popular synth companies of that time for sure. The sound I would say is very similar to the earliest Roland analogs and the Model D, sounding absolutely fantastic. The look is similar to the ARP 2500, as is the way of patching. The top and bottom of each module has 6-pin cinch jacks that relate to the 6 I/O labels on the front panel. Each module also has a 4-pin cinch jack that is used for power. Cinch jack connectors will be included to allow you to build up the system however you'd like.
Because of it's age and the nature of DIY stuff, this listing is sold as-is.
