This
beautiful replica of the John Mayer 64 strat has been a hobby project.
It is originally a London City v2 strat that has been converted into a
"Fender Stratocaster 1964".
Wondering what it sounds like? I have a soundcheck on youtube .
Let's take a look at all the adjustments: • New wilkinson bridge with solid block • New potentiometers • New switch • Resoldered • Original Fender tortoise pickguard • Replace inlays with white/yellow • John Mayer 64' Relic executed • Headstock lacquer removed and repainted with Nitrocellose lacquer • Fender decal sticker mounted • Body polished
Specs guitar • Alder Body • Rosewood fretboard • 21 frets • Kluson tuners • vintage specs
