My Meridian DSP6000 Floor Standing Speakers

These Speakers are Absolutely Awesome. I am only parting with them because I have just recently purchased two sets of Meridian DSP 7000s.

I guarantee you will hear new notes, better imaging, and more clarity than you ever heard before or even knew existed in your favorite music. And incorporate them into a home theater system and you’ll be blown away by the amount of sound these speakers put out..

These DSP6000s originally retailed for $19,995/pair.

For all of you who do not know… These Speakers Are Class A Audiophile Quality.

A completely self contained digital speaker system with no need for external components (Amps, Pre-amps, Digital to Analogue Converters, Wires, or Connectors). They do however require a digital audio source.

The Meridian DSP 6000 were the only loudspeaker to hold the Stereophile Magazine Class A rating for eight successive years.

Each speaker comprising of six custom drivers, four amplifiers, three digital converters, digital crossovers and advanced sound-shaping DSP computers.

Each speaker also has adjustable bass, treble, tilt, listening axis, volume, time-compensated balance and absolute phase.

Each speaker is

(52.4in) H, (10.83) W, (16.73) D

Weight (143lb)

These do take some knowledge to set up and configure, however, I do have the complete set-up and users manual. I also have extensive knowledge on the Meridian Brand Speaker Systems and may be able to help or advise you.

If you look really hard at the top left midrange/tweeter section, directly from the left side, you may be able to see 2 spider cracks running vertically about 3” from the rear of the speaker. If you’re not standing directly on that left side looking at/for them, with a light source on them, you’ll never notice they were there. No one except my-self has ever noticed them but, I wanted to be as upfront and honest as I could. These speakers look and sound awesome.

I’d like these to go to a quality home with someone who appreciated this type of High End Audio as much as I do. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have.

I do sell and install Home & Car audio for a living, but this is my own personal stuff.

And thank you for looking...

I also have several other Meridian Audio Components available for purchase.

2 Meridian DSP 50.

4 Meridian DSP 5000 active speaker

2 Meridian DSP5000C active center channel speaker

Meridian 565 Digital Surround Processor (AC3 7.1 Upgraded)

2 MSR remotes

The 565 DSP Processor with the 6000s and the 5000c and 5000s really make an awesome surround system. Especially if you add the SW2500 sub.

I just bought everything piece by piece because I couldn’t afford to just go out and buy everything at once.

I just got a G68 surround Controller for my surround system.

I now have 2 sets of DSP7000. I’m thinking of using one set as the front mains left/right in my surround system and maybe the 2nd set in my bedroom with the 568 because it up converts everything and still has the smaller cabinet design/size. I’m having the 7000s repainted so they are perfect. Was thinking of at least one set done in McLaren Volcano Orange.

I’m currently using a DSP5500c for my center and DSP 5500 for Sides/Rears and the SW2500 sub. Still haven’t decided what to do for backs/surrounds for my system. Was maybe thinking of the 2 DSP5000c Mounted high in the back because I can adjust the Balance, Tilt, Base, Phase, Axis and Loudness for those….(And all the Meridian DSP Speakers) But, I’ll see what sells and what’s left.

I would maybe consider selling the SW2500

I have a Definitive Super Cube 1 and a Powerfield 1800 I use for surround sound Subwoofer.
