I have an absolute gem for sale: Heavily Modded Peavey 6505+ previoiusly owned by Steve's Ouimette (Guitar Hero .. check him out)
It operates perfectly and is essentially in great shape. I have shown as much as I can in the pictures. This amp has an absolute beast. Completely rebuilt metal monster! Started out life as a standard 6505+ but all the iron was replaced with Mercury's top of the line PT, OT and choke. Caps and resistors on the board were swapped out with high quality parts and Tony Dow of Krank (who did all of the work $250) added his mid-shape frequency control to the back of the amp to perfectly dial in that scoop or boost when you need it!
Over $900 in iron plus parts and all of the labor (this is a heavy rebuild) went into the amp. It's heavy but worth every penny. Makes a mockery of a stock 6505+ and eats amps 3x it's price every time.
This amp can go head to head with any manufacturer be it Marshall, Fender, Deizel, Fryette, Soldano, etc ...
