This 1965 Guild X-50 is a beautiful example of a 60's era Guild Hollowbody. It's been taken care of over the years and came to me 4 years ago via ebay. It does have the wear and tear of a 57 year old instrument. There is a bit of belt rash and some small nicks but nothing that diminishes the overall beauty of the instrument. Since my receipt of the instrument in 2018, I had it completely restored by Luthier Deric Rush who works out of Guitarworks in Greenwood Indianapolis (). The original tuners and bridge were replaced but all original parts will be included with the sale. The existing bridge allows for the strings to be intonated individually. The guitar plays and sounds excellent (video available on request). The neck is straight and true and the action is very fast! Sale includes a Gretsch HSC AND the original chipboard case will also be included (shipped separately). Don't miss your chance to own this vintage hollowbody!
