I am selling my beautiful 1994 Martin 000-16 guitar.  Fantastic playing, amazing tone and intonation.  Balanced, loud, crisp attack. With OHSC.

This is NOT a 000-16GT being produced today.  This is a true 000-16 with a rosewood fretboard and vintage, scalloped brace construction.  This guitar has a beautiful satin finish (with normal signs of having been a well loved guitar),  a nicely aged spruce top, rosewood fingerboard, bridge and peg head overlay, mahogany back & sides, tortoise binding and pick guard. There is one very small ding on the top, and two professionally repaired hairlines on top done by a certified Martin repair tech and awesome luthier here in Portland

This has become a coveted model and they are now very scarce on the market. Not to oversell the collector value of this guitar, but it's pretty special and rare, but most of all it plays wonderfully - low action, perfect intonation, great vintage Martin 000 sound

This particular model was the last of the 16's with the dove tail neck joint, scalloped bracing,  1-11/16" nut,  25.5" scale, and actual rosewood fretboard.  The attack from this guitar is nothing less than spectacular.
