I bought a Studer A827 Gold Edition from Studer in 2002. I bought it with a second 16 track headblock. The gold cutting block is mounted to the 2" 16 track headstack rather than the 24 track stack which is the one on sale here. I have used the 16 track on all but a couple of brief sessions. The 24 track block has less than 100 hours of use. It is mint. Like new. If you are putting together a new Analog rig with an A820 or A827, and you are working w/ 2" 24 track, this headblock would be as close as you will find to a new Studer Factory standard when the last of the Gold Edition A827's were being sold in the early 2000's. The headblock is currently in storage in London.  Will also get some additional photos in coming days. I put $300 in shipping as a guess. Buyer can arrange any shipping/insurance that works.
Updated on March 21 - I think it was more like 40 hours - not 100. I can think of two sessions off the top of my head.
New photos added today.
The heads are like new.
Thank you
