The loerie is a revolution in ergonomic guitar design. This one is a super comfortable, superbly balanced, compact, lightweight, S-Style Loerie in hard pear and khaya mahogany. Padauk trim makes it an all-African wood affair, and the Italian-made multiscale tremolo from T4M and 60s strat pickups from Porter Pickups make it truly cosmopolitan. This guitar is named after the Knysna loerie (Tauraco corythaix), a strikingly beautiful and shapely South African forest bird that occurs predominantly in the Knysna forests, which are also where the hard pear on the top of this guitar grew.
