This is a great example of one of these guitars. Not one of the ones listed in the past 6 months have been close to the one. This is either a late phase 1 or early phase 2 based on the headstock. Phase 1 either have this or custom logos. Should be 100% original with what I was told was the original univox case. Only thing missing is whammy bar. Which is common for these. Guitar sounds amazing with the P90 style pickups. The neck pickup sounds weaker to me when played on its own. Which may be a wiring issue.The bridge pickup has amazing distortion. I have this guitar set with C tuning gauge strings. Which is why the action looks so high. I have been using it in the soundgarden EEBBBB tuning. Neck is small and skinny which is why grunge people used these. It feels almost like a toy. Great guitar just looking for something else. Looking for a Savage Rohr amp or a Fender Jaguar or Jazzmaster made in japan from the 80’s or 90’s. In case you have one. If you have any questions please ask before buying.
