New to the G5422G-12 is a trestle center block that not only reduces unwanted feedback in louder performance settings but also adds attack, snap, and sustain to your notes by increasing contact between the top and back of the body. The G5422G-12 also sports a redesigned Classic "C" shaped maple neck with a 12" radius laurel fingerboard for extra playing comfort.

Gretsch's G5422G-12 Electromatic Classic comes equipped with dual FT-5E Filter'Tron pickups that perfectly capture its naturally chiming and jangly voice. Pushed to their limit, these pickups give the G5422G-12 plenty of punch and bite with exceptional presence and note clarity.
